My name is Hamish and I am from Christchurch, New Zealand. I have lived in Japan for nearly 10 years, and spent all of my time here in Hokkaido. My path has taken me to Bihoro, Niseko, Sapporo and now I am back in Niseko as a Reservations Manager for a property management company. However, my goal is to work for a leading drone services company in Japan someday. I am currently the English writer for the Japan Drone Association online magazine.

History
2016-Purchased my first drone, DJI Phantom 4
2021-Introduced my drone website, SoraPix
2022-Gold Award at the Drone Movie World Championships, Oita, Japan
2023-Completed UAV Grade 3,2,1 License with Japan Drone Association

Currently studying towards an Instructors License.

ニュージーランド、クライストチャーチ出身のハミッシュと申します。
日本在住歴は約１０年、ずっと北海道に住んでいます。北海道北東部の美幌町でALTの仕事をした後、札幌、ニセコへと移り、現在はニセコで不動産管理会社にて予約マネージャーとして勤務。
将来は、国内でドローン関連の仕事に就きたく日々ドローンの勉強とスキルアップに励んでいます。

人生初、ドローンを購入。

2021

不動産関係のドローンビジネスを中心にしたウェブサイト ”SORA PIX”を作成。

2022

大分県で開催された世界ドローンムービー大会にて、金賞受賞。

2023

UAV操縦士技能士1、2、3級の資格取得。
